One of the best things a physician has ever done for me and it is helping me tremendously !He looked at my 14 medicines and supplements I take and he recommended the times of day to take each.30 minutes before breakfast, at breakfast, 30 minutes after breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime's.
