Stephen Adjei, MD, received his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from the University of Ghana Medical School in Ghana, India. Dr. Adjei earned his master of public health with a concentration in population and family health at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health in New York. He completed his first residency in combined internal and preventive medicine at Griffin Hospital, Yale School of Medicine in Connecticut. His second residency was in occupational medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio, where he also completed his post-doctoral training fellowship in molecular epidemiology in children’s environmental health and a fellowship in pulmonary critical care medicine and sleep.
