During my visit, I felt there was a lack of meaningful connection and engagement in the patient-provider interaction. My questions were met with delayed responses and, follow-up feedback to my answers also felt slow and somewhat generic. This created an awkward and impersonal dynamic that made it difficult for me to feel fully heard or supported in my care.
