Abigail Erwin, MD, is a hospital medicine physician at FMOL Health | Our Lady of the Lake. She earned her medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. 

Dr. Erwin brings a strong background in clinical research to her practice, with peer-reviewed publications spanning heart failure, vascular health and other areas of medicine. She focuses on providing evidence-based, comprehensive care for hospitalized patients and working collaboratively with patients, families and their care teams throughout their hospital stay.
