About Ajay Vinayak Tambe

About The Provider

Ajay Tambe, MD received his bachelor of medicine, bachelor of science from Government Grant Medical University in Mumbai, India. He completed his internal medicine training at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Tambe also completed his hematology/oncology Fellowship at SUNY, where he was Chief Fellow for the year July 2022-June 2023. He is a professional member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American College of Physicians and the Indian Red Cross Society. His passion is caring for cancer patients of all types. Outside of work, Dr. Tambe enjoys traveling, painting, drawing, and photography.
