About Allison Dupuis Prevost

About The Provider

Allison Prevost, MD, earned her degree in medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Maarten. She completed her residency at the Our Lady of the Lake Pediatric Residency Program in Baton Rouge. Dr. Prevost is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Louisiana State Medical Society. From an early age, Dr. Prevost had an interest in both the sciences and working with children. She pursued medicine in an effort to work with both of these passions, and finds it rewarding to help children and their families every day.

    Dr. Allison Prevost has been the best doctor I have ever let deal with one of my children and I do recommend her to my friends and acquaintances regularly. She listens and understands and makes me feel comfortable with my child's treatment.

    She was very attentive to my son. She could tell I was concerned.. She listened and asked questions. Even though he really needed a treatment, she asked was I in a rush and could she do all she needed to do!

    Loved the open important conversations had with my pre-teen. Dr. Prevost was very personable, very informative and not rushed at all. We love her!
