Angela Byrd, MD, is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She received her bachelor of science in biochemistry from Louisiana State University. She received her doctor of medicine degree from Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Byrd completed her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Byrd serves as Associate Program Director of the Our Lady of the Lake Pediatric Residency Program.
