Arekeva Theodore-Selmon, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with Healthy Ascension at FMOL Health | Our Lady of the Lake. She earned her master of science in nursing from Herzing University and has more than 20 years of nursing experience, including work as an advanced practice provider. 

Arekeva’s experience spans primary care, hospital medicine, critical care and health risk assessments. She has also served in clinical leadership and education roles, including leading advanced practice providers and helping train the next generation of healthcare professionals.  

At Healthy Ascension, she provides primary care with a focus on helping patients understand their health needs, manage ongoing conditions and access the resources that can support their overall well-being.
