Unfortunately, although I am an ongoing patient with ongoing treatment issues, and. Have been receiving extensive service via referred specialists at OLOL, my PC relied very heavily on the computer files, including actually reading them in my presence before being able to make any meaningful association with me or my ongoing condition or concern. His response to my positive updates as well as to my concern about lack of improvement with my other ongoing condition were all the same. I definitely felt more like a number/ a computerized person and less like a real and valued patient. It did not seem to matter that one condition had been successfully treated and the other, had gotten significantly worse.
