Coleatha Fowler, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of nursing experience with more than a decade providing primary care. She earned her master of science in nursing from Southern University and is committed to helping patients achieve better health through preventive care, chronic disease management and patient education. 

Throughout her career, Coleatha has cared for patients across the lifespan in primary care, emergency medicine and rural health settings. She has extensive experience treating both acute and chronic conditions, performing preventive screenings and developing personalized care plans. Her patient-centered approach focuses on building lasting relationships and helping individuals make informed decisions about their health.
