Crystal Singleton, MD, specializes in the treatment of acutely ill adult patients in the hospital and the exacerbation of chronic diseases.  Dr. Singleton is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. She served as the Veterans’ Health Administration Chief Resident in Quality and Patient Safety at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa.  Dr. Singleton is board certified in Internal Medicine and is licensed by the Louisiana Board of Medical Examiners.  She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of General Internal Medicine.
