Dwayne D. Henry, MD received his medical degree from St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, British West Indies. He then completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Henry completed a Fellowship in pediatric nephrology at the University of Florida, followed by a Fellowship in sleep medicine from the University of Alabama Birmingham.

    The care provider introduced himself and asked if I was the patient by my name that was very welcoming. He kept me involved by asking questions and after that he gave me some homework to do on myself for two weeks. He explained how I am to fill out the form with information needed of my sleep pattern. The form has to be returned to the office once completed.

    Extremely condescending ,arrogant "professional ". Made no allowance for variables in a persons life. Couldn't even look me in the eyes. Just kept reciting guidelines
