About The Provider
Emily Picciola, MD, a native of Destrehan, Louisiana, completed her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University before earning her medical degree from LSU of Medicine in Shreveport. Dr. Picciola went on to complete her pediatric residency at Our Lady of the Lake, where she developed a strong passion for early childhood development and autism.
Her clinical focus centers on supporting children and families through developmental assessments, early intervention strategies and collaborative care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cheering on the LSU Tigers and spending quality time with her husband and son.
