Heather Garrot was professional, excellent, caring, empathetic and informative. She understood my symptoms and explained medications and procedures which will help my body heal. She made sure that I understood everything and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She reminded me that I could contact her at any time if my symptoms did not improve.

Before the visit I did use AI to review my symptoms. The NP had a different probable diagnosis and prescribed treatment. After the visit, I reviewed the office visit with the AI and it determined that the diagnosis from the office visit was a better one and that initiating treatment was an excellent decision.

She is very personable and really listens to you every time I have seen her. Heather is a great NP and a genuine person.
