Dr Johnson is the best doctor! She looks me in the eye, she is encouraging, she always looks in my chart before and understands what is going on with me before she walks in the door. She remembers me and what we have discussed over the past few years. She is very respectful and makes me feel very at ease. Also, how she uses My Chart is spot on. Her responses in My Chart clearly are to me the patient, not to a "chart". All physicians could learn from Dr Johnson!
