Dr Boggs was awesome about letting me know the different types of things that could be done to address my concerns and what those choices entail . She also was empathetic enough to state the obvious of ensuring that I'm okay emotionally no matter what the outcome of the treatment first and that helped tremendously.

The provider (Boggs) was recommended by a co-worker who had favorable experiences. While the provider explained to me my medical condition and allowed me to make decisions concerning medications to treat my condition, I felt the actual physical exam was rushed. I was in discomfort during the exam, and there were words exchanged or a change in the speed of the exam. I felt very uncomfortable afterward.

Dr Boggs greeted and spoke directly to me. She didn't look only at the computer when asking questions . But instead looked directly at me, listened and then typed my response. She clearly had looked at my records before and knew about my last appointment because she asked questions directly related to that visit.

As I said, Dr. Boggs was very pleasant, very clear, and thorough. Very good experience.
