Dr Pearce has always been caring and concerned with my health. I love her and recommend her to many people

I have been seeing my doctor for years. On a visit this year. She seemed to have memory issues although my chart was right in front of her. On that occasion, she asked me questions about things that really concerned me, either I was being confused with another patient or she hadn't read my chart. It really concerned me. On that day, I informed her of an issue I was having, and she looked at my concern and brushed it off. When I recently visited her and told her that I'd spoke with her about the same issue earlier this year, she asked what did we do about it. I told her nothing. Now because my concern at that time wasn't addressed, I am now having to see a doctor about that issue at the beginning of the new year when if I had been listened to at the time of my concern, I could have been seen earlier in the year. I've left the office on a few occasions feeling like I should have said more but didn't know how to start that conversation.
