Dr. Lori Jones is a caring, friendly, knowledgeable in all of my medical concerns, ( options, risks, benefits, etc) and I recommend her to anyone interested in a care provider. I wish she worked out of Zachary closer to me.

I truly love the care that I'm getting from Dr. Jones. She's a very good listener. She involve me in the decision-making process regarding medications. She gave me options and checked other issues that could've been related which is phenomenal. She is a 10+ in my category.

No follow up on prescribed medication. I messaged her back that one of my meds was not covered and would need a prior authorization and no one ever messaged me back. So I do not have the medication needed to handle my blood sugar levels. My A1C was elevated with no adequate therapy in place.
