I saw Morgan, the NP student, & Morgan Anacker, the NP. Morgan, the student, seemed to be listening to me but clearly didn't hear what I was saying. It seems as though everything was lost in translation & she was completely clueless. I've been a nurse for 16 years, so I know how the condition I was going in to be seen for works. I know more follow-up questions should have been asked. I'm embarrassed for Morgan Anacker for having to be paired with this NP student. And because I was seen by the NP student, I wasn't seen by Morgan Anacker other than her coming into the room & regurgitating what the NP student told her, which did not closely match my primary complaint (of my condition). When I tried to re-tell MY version of what I came in for (to correct the NP student), Morgan Anacker was like, "oh." She didn't ask any follow up questions that I feel should have been asked. I left the clinic feeling mocked & ridiculed, & felt completely stupid for even going to the doctor to begin with. This is the first time I've ever had a negative experience with Morgan Anacker, who I've seen a few times, but it quite possibly will be the last time I schedule an appointment with her voluntarily.

I felt like she cared, but she didn't discuss how long I had been sick or what I possibly had. She is sweet, but she didn't "hear" me. She Is also quick to give out meds, she prescribed 3 and I still don't know what my Illness Is. I much prefer seeing my MD.

I did feel like I was rushed this visit. I have never felt that way before. I know these providers are very sought out in the organization, but unfortunately I felt this visit was rushed. I told the provider I did not need my AVS printed, but it has not been uploaded into MyChart yet. I was also supposed to get a referral to a specialist and I do not see that yet. I am not faulting the provider, I know she is very busy. I hope in the future they would not schedule so many appointments so that each patient could get adequate time with the provider.
