Paula Cacioppo, MD, is a gastroenterologist at FMOL Health | Our Lady of the Lake. She earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. 

Dr. Cacioppo provides comprehensive care for patients with conditions affecting the digestive system, including the stomach, intestines, liver and biliary system. Her training and research have included a broad range of gastrointestinal and liver conditions, and she has presented her work at regional and national medical conferences.  

Dr. Cacioppo focuses on helping patients understand their symptoms, diagnosis and treatment options so they can feel informed and confident in their care.
