Dr. Hillis received his medical degree from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1997. Following his internship in internal medicine, he completed a residency in neurology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. After his residency, he was fellowship trained in electromyography at Tulane. Dr. Hillis is Board Certified in neurology.
