Sobia Ozair, MD, received her medical degree and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Ala.. She also completed a Hematology and Oncology Fellowship at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. In 2014, Dr. Ozair received the Denzil Les Sockwell Memorial Humanitarian Award and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She is also a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncology.
