About The Provider
Trey Parker, RN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background spanning emergency care, pediatrics, oncology, women’s health and community medicine. A proud husband and father, he prioritizes a dignified patient-centered approach that considers the social, mental and spiritual needs of his patients. Trey’s clinical interests include chronic disease management, complex care planning, and healthy lifestyle education.
Trey earned his graduate and undergraduate degrees from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, where he continues to serve as adjunct faculty in the school of nursing. Trey and his family are parishioners of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Baton Rouge. Outside of work, he is pursuing a PhD in nursing research with a focus on restorative reproductive medicine at The Catholic University of America.

A new PA that I haven't met was a very warm, personable young man who showed genuine concern. He even called me back the next day to have me start the mess based on the lab results that were pending. He didn't have another staff call me.
